donkeygr is hiring restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will take orders, serve guests, and ensure accuracy while promoting menu knowledge and specials.

Part-time and full-time positions are available. Compensation is hourly plus tips, with cross-training opportunities and benefits including insurance and 401(k) options. A positive attitude and TIPS certification are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Must maintain strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in guest orders and service.
• Positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude.
• Excellent communication to inspire consistency and excellence.
• Must be TIPS certified (or equivalent) with knowledge of responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service during all service styles.
• Handle take-out orders and bring food to tables.
• Educate guests on menu items and promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain expo windows with focus on food quality and accuracy.
• Manage time effectively and ensure efficient service steps.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked; assist with setup each day.
