Job summary

13 Coins is seeking a friendly, attentive Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will know the menu, provide recommendations, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and process payments in a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires customer-service experience, ability to work evenings and weekends, and familiarity with POS systems; knowledge of wine and beverage pairings is a plus. Benefits include PTO, insurance, meal discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain station in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
• Ensure table settings are presentable for service.
• Use Point of Sales System.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly; process payments and cash transactions.
• Assist co-workers and maintain a team-oriented environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by manager.
