Qualifications

• Must be over 19 years of age.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Training provided - no experience required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and bill splitting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly hospitality throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to provide expert recommendations.
