Job summary

Pura Vida Miami, a growing multi-location restaurant and café brand, seeks a senior supply chain leader. You will own strategy, vendor relationships, and the infrastructure to support expansion from Florida to new markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years in supply chain with 8+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Experience leading supply chain for 50+ locations in restaurant/foodservice.
• Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy aligned with expansion.
• Lead supplier partnerships, negotiations, and SLAs for consistent quality and cost.
• Oversee procurement and category strategies for food and non-food items.
• Design and manage distribution networks to serve existing locations and openings.
• Support new cafe openings with supply chain readiness and flawless first shipments.
• Own COGS optimization, distribution costs, and waste reduction.
• Forecasting and demand planning with Finance for margin improvements.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across suppliers.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team across procurement, planning, logistics.
