Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc. seeks a strategic and hands-on Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, sourcing, distribution, logistics and supplier strategy for a growing multi-unit restaurant organization.

This role will partner closely with Culinary, Operations, Marketing, Development, Finance and Executive Leadership to ensure restaurants have the right products, at the right cost, from the right suppliers while supporting operational excellence and continued growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in multi-unit restaurants.
• 5+ years leading teams and supplier relationships at scale.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage supply chains and commodity markets.
• Experience supporting rapid unit growth and new restaurant openings.
• Proven success negotiating supplier agreements and driving cost savings.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with growth and long-term objectives.
• Optimize sourcing, procurement, distribution and logistics programs across markets.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage a significant purchasing portfolio.
• Oversee distributor and distribution-center partnerships and logistics.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, Finance and Executive Leadership.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools for visibility.
• Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team.
