Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, logistics and warehouse operations across a national network of over 1,200 sushi and fresh-cut fruit locations.

The role requires deep expertise in sushi, seafood, perishable and non-perishable foods, with responsibility for cost optimization, food safety, and regulatory compliance, while building partnerships with global suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive supply chain experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in food service, seafood, or franchised multi-unit operations strongly preferred; national/multi-state networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a fully integrated supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Lead 3PL management and distribution for a national multi-location network.
• Oversee procurement activities, vendor management, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Drive cost optimization, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
