Tucson Marriott University Park, operated by Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the restaurant team in providing exceptional guest experiences in Tucson, AZ. The role offers full-time hours with compensation of $20.25 per hour and opportunities for growth.

Requirements include 2+ years in restaurant service with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or the ability to earn them within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Food Safety certification or ability to earn within 60 days.
• Alcohol Awareness certification or ability to earn within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all areas.
• Assist servers and other staff to keep service smooth and efficient.
