Job summary

Tucson Marriott University Park is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a full‑time setting.

You will train, schedule, and support staff, while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards across shifts. Strong leadership and at least 2+ years in restaurant service are required, with alcohol credentials or the ability to earn within 60 days. Flexible scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience - because confident leadership sets the tone for team success.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days) - essential for ensuring safe, compliant service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed - this is a hands-on, active role.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol - ensures full oversight of beverage service responsibilities.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays - because guest needs don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule.
