Job summary

Piada Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Supervisory Team Member to join our fast casual kitchen leadership. You will back the restaurant leadership team, oversee Team Members, prepare daily prep lists and help manage labor throughout shifts.

This hourly role focuses on cooking to recipe standards, delivering an authentic guest experience, and helping develop team members into future Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Oversee Team Members and ensure each Guest is provided an authentic experience
• Write daily prep lists and manage labor during shifts
• Follow safety, sanitation, cleaning and maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Prepare ingredients with care to deliver quality dishes
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain consistency
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Support with any additional duties assigned
