Job summary

Piada Italian Street food is actively seeking a Supervisor to join our fast casual team in Beachwood, OH. You will oversee Team Members and ensure each Guest enjoys an authentic Piada experience, whether it’s their first visit or their hundredth.

The role includes writing daily prep lists, managing labor during shifts, and upholding food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards while delivering consistent, high‑quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as a junior member of the restaurant leadership team
• Give our Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing our ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Develop Team Members into future Supervisors
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
