Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant management experience with proven skills in successful cost and labor controls.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to plan menus with staff and manage dining room, bar and banquet operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience and address complaints.
• Write schedules for dining room staff and monitor daily operations.
• Analyze budgets, sales forecasts, and operating reports to improve efficiency.
• Train and develop staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines and ensure compliance.
