You will manage hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.

You will drive promotions, monitor bar profitability, and maintain sanitation standards, while producing reports to support restaurant administration and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum two years in food and beverage industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and coordinate with kitchen staff for quality service.
• Interview, train, schedule, and coach restaurant associates; participate in performance reviews.
• Develop promotions and displays to drive in-house traffic and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and sanitation standards.
• Monitor cash handling and generate daily/weekly reports.
