Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is hiring a Bartender for the Hilton Garden Inn Starkville, MS. You will set up, mix drinks, serve guests, and keep the bar area clean while upholding company standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent and 3–6 months of beverage-service experience; English fluency is essential. You must be able to lift 20–40 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow state liquor laws.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following company standards.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Check customer identification to confirm drinking age and handle cash/charges per policy.
• Maintain bar pars, complete liquor requisitions and comply with liquor laws.
