Jollibee Foods Corp. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in our Restaurant Operations. The role is a permanent position with both part-time and full-time options and immediate placement.

The successful candidate will support the Restaurant General Manager and store team to meet business goals by implementing quality, sanitation, crew management, cost control, and packaged program operations.

Qualifications

• Completed at least High school education.
• At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in food/retail industry.
• Able to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support GM/Store management to achieve store goals.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
