Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor at University of Cincinnati Athletics. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead on-floor staff, ensure service standards, and support management with a focus on guest satisfaction and safe, compliant dining experiences.

This full-time role requires 2–4 years in restaurant or food and beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong certification in alcohol service is required where applicable, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations.
• Must maintain an alcohol-service certification (TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent) and comply with state regulations.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-floor supervision of restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including readiness of dining and service areas.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to review service expectations, menu updates, and assignments.
• Support training and onboarding of restaurant staff.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
