Job summary

Postino WineCafe is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor (Hourly) to support store leaders in supervising shifts, scheduling pars, and ensuring quality of food and service. You will help manage daily reporting and uphold our high standards of hospitality across your team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more full-service restaurant experience.
• Open availability including holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts at the store level and support store leaders/managers.
• Schedule pars for successful shifts and complete daily reporting functions.
• Oversee quality of food and service procedures by staff.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Restaurant Supervisor (Hourly), you are responsible for supporting store leaders/managers in supervising shifts at the store level; supervising the completion of assigned tasks, scheduling pars for successful shifts, completing daily reporting functions, and supervising quality of food and service procedures of the staff.

Requirements

Salary Description
