Location: Dallas Hotel, Dallas, TX

The Omni Dallas Hotel, located in downtown Dallas and connected to the Dallas Convention Center, offers a vibrant work environment with comprehensive training and a culture of respect and empowerment. We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join as a Restaurant Supervisor for our new concept, Hops & Hens.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious Restaurant Supervisor to ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel, delivering prompt, courteous service in line with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in overall management during assigned shifts.
  • Supervise staff and ensure service quality.
  • Complete environmental checklists and monitor liquor pars.
  • Hold pre-meal team meetings and follow training protocols.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage with guests for feedback and maintain floor presence during peak hours.
  • Oversee food preparation, beverage presentation, and maintain dining areas.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and forecasting.
  • Participate in hiring processes and follow up on maintenance requests.
  • Monitor inventory, food waste, and bar controls.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management preferred.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and understand food and beverage financials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with liquor laws and emergency procedures.
  • Certification in TABC and Food Handling required.
