Responsibilities:

1. Ensure and uphold the highest level of customer service.
2. Work closely with the marketing department to disseminate information to staff.
3. Gather feedback from customers and report to higher management.
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality.
5. Handle administrative duties such as stock ordering and cashiering.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant area.
7. Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment for long-term use.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in any field
