Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN is hiring a part-time Warehouse Receiver to handle receiving, stocking, and keeping front and back-of-house supplies organized for daily operations.

You will inspect deliveries, maintain logs, rotate inventory, and support kitchen operations as needed. The shift runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous stock clerk or related experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for unit conversions and measurements.
• Good record-keeping and inventory tracking abilities.
• Attention to detail in receiving and stocking deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries; inspect products for quality, temperature, and condition.
• Report faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately.
• Rotate food and beverage items properly.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock supplies to shelves or storage areas.
• Maintain receiving log and track deliveries and missing items.
• Take inventory to identify items to reorder or replenish.
• Keep storage and delivery areas clean and sanitary; maintain equipment.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Warehouse Receiver to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Warehouse Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving, maintaining, and storing front and back of house restaurant supplies. You will step into other kitchen roles as needed to support the team’s overall success.

Shift – 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays will be required)

Pay

$22.00 – $22.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Monitor all deliveries; analyze invoices; inspect all products for quality, temperature, and condition
• Report any faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately
• Perform proper rotation of all food and beverage products
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock new or transferred supplies to their appropriate shelves, racks, Storage areas or Departments
• Maintain receiving log by competently tracking all deliveries and missing items
• Take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished
• Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas; ensure all equipment is clean, sanitary, and in good repair

More about you

• Previous stock clerk/steward or related experience highly preferred
• Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Must have strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

Physical requirements

• Constant standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Frequently required to reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 165 pounds
