As the Hotel Manager, you will steward both brands by guiding day-to-day hotel and restaurant operations while nurturing a culture where guests feel the Margaritaville escape and team members feel the Ko-Kwel warmth of belonging. You'll be a senior leader, working closely with the CEDCO Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the long-term success of our hotel, bar, and restaurant while uplifting the community we serve.

You'll spend most of your time moving throughout the property; walking, standing, climbing stairs, and checking in with staff and guests. You should be comfortable lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The work can include evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the rhythms of hospitality. You'll need stamina, focus, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
