Job Description

Assist the food and beverage outlet manager with the overall operation and financial management of the restaurant, either personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor
  • Supervise food and beverage outlets under the direction of the F&B manager.
  • Train staff and lead regular team meetings.
  • Ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and proper stock rotation.
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and security standards.
  • Oversee service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
  • Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Monitor POS systems, stock levels, and beverage controls.
  • Handle audits, invoices, and vendor relations.
  • Authorize complimentary items and discounts within policy.
  • Support sales incentives and staff performance programs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, grooming, and staff attendance standards.
  • Assist during busy hours and resolve guest concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
