Job summary

Jollibee seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Store Management Team in achieving business goals through effective operations. The role requires leading crew activities and ensuring quality, service, and sanitation standards are met.

We expect at least a high school education, with 1+ year leadership experience in food or retail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Positions are available both part-time and full-time with immediate placement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of Team Leader experience in food or retail preferred.
• Energetic, able to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant GM/store management in achieving store goals through ops support.
• Implement Product/Service Quality and Cleanliness & Sanitation programs.
• Lead crew management activities.
• Oversee cost management initiatives.
• Manage operations of assigned packaged programs.

We are looking for aRestaurant Supervisor--- a part-time/full-time permanent position in our Restaurant Operations.

The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in the achievement of the Store Business Goals thru effective implementation of specific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned:

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) Program
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program

Job Requirements

• Completed at least High school education.
• At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food orretail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
• High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable
• Computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
