Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations and deliver excellent dining experiences. You’ll supervise dining room staff, hire and train team members, and report to the Director of F&B.

This full-time role requires a hospitality mindset and strong customer-service skills. The position involves coordinating service, managing the POS system, and ensuring sanitation standards while supporting a positive guest experience for

• Comfortable with technology and able to use standard dining software.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests.
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent; culinary/training preferred.

Schedule: Full-Time. Shift:10:30am-7pm.Varied weekdays and every other weekend.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
