Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations and deliver a great dining experience for our residents. You will hire and train team members and provide professional leadership under the Director of F&B.

Responsibilities include improving service efficiency, managing the POS system, overseeing front-of-house labor and presentation, and ensuring compliance with sanitation audits.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house leadership experience preferred or extensive FOH experience.
• Experience with POS systems and dining operations.
• Strong communication and resident-family relation skills.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
