Job summary

The Pavilion at Camelback Senior Living is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure a consistent, high-quality dining experience for residents and guests. Shifts are full-time, Thursday through Monday, and you will hire, train, and supervise dining room staff under the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage.

You will oversee POS operations, monitor labor and food presentation, and strive for passing scores on sanitation audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of house experience.
• Ability to interact compassionately with residents, families and guests.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Strong leadership and hiring/training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel.
• Lead daily front-of-house operations and dining room staff.
• Oversee front-of-house labor and food presentation.
• Maintain and manage the point of sale (POS) system.
• Ensure passing scores in sanitation audits and inspections.

Schedule: Full-Time. Shifts scheduled Thursday - Monday.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Qualifications
