Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations and deliver a superior dining experience for residents and guests in Centennial, Colorado. You will hire and train team members under the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities include improving service efficiency, managing the POS system, overseeing labor and presentation, and ensuring sanitation audit compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience.
• Comfortable with technology.

Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time. Shifts scheduled Thursday - Monday.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

Qualifications
