This role requires a 5.5 day work week with Sundays on, relocation considered, and opportunities for growth as the portfolio expands. Training, development, and performance-based bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant is required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with confidentiality understanding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train team members.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns.
• Deliver guest-first service and maintain brand standards.
