This full-time, non-exempt role offers a salary range of $38,000 to $50,000 annually plus monthly incentives. You must be 18+, have 1.5+ years of store management, and be a strong coach with solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Excellent coaching and team-building skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professionalism.
• Energetic, outgoing, and highly coachable.
• Good computer skills and tech-savvy.
• Able to resolve customer and team issues confidently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor.
• Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and equipment safety.
• Drive store performance and financial success.
• Collaborate with District Manager and attend GM meetings.
• Host weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture.
• Recruiting support as needed.
