Job summary

Atlas Franchise is seeking a General Manager for one of Jimmy John's locations in Phoenix. You will lead daily operations, hire and train staff, and drive guest experience while controlling costs.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers benefits including vacation, sick time, health benefits, and a competitive monthly incentive program.

You’ll collaborate with the District Manager, attend GM meetings, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Have 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred).
• You are a great coach and a team builder.
• Can resolve customer and team issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Are enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and highly coachable.
• Have strong computer skills and are tech-comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
• Hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and labor
• Maintaining food, workplace, and equipment safety standards
• Driving store performance and financial success
• Working closely with the District Manager and attending monthly GM meetings
• Hosting weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture
• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures
• Maintain and foster Company Culture
• Prep and make sandwiches
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Maintain Food Safety
• Maintain Workplace Safety

• Slice and prep
