Job summary

Jimmy John’s is seeking a General Manager in Wayzata, MN to lead one of our locations. You will oversee hiring, training, operations, guest experience, and financial performance with a focus on delivering Freaky fast service.

Responsibilities include daily operations, inventory and labor management, safety compliance, and team development. This full-time role offers monthly incentives and benefits; prior food-service leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years store management experience, preferably in food service.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest experience.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor to drive performance.
• Maintain food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with District Manager and attend GM meetings.
• Host weekly team meetings and foster store culture.
• Recruitment support and ongoing team development.
• Prep and prepare sandwiches and maintain store cleanliness.
