Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1.5+ years of store management experience (food industry preferred).
• Great coach and team builder with professionalism.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, and coachable.
• Strong computer skills and tech-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with urgency and attention to detail.
• Hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and labor.
• Maintaining food, workplace, and equipment safety standards.
• Driving store performance and financial success.
• Working closely with the District Manager and attending monthly GM meetings.
• Hosting weekly team meetings to build a strong store culture.
• Assist with recruiting efforts and adherence to policies.
