Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, solving problems with a smile, and guiding team members. You will help ensure duties are completed and that safe, quality food is served in a friendly manner while keeping the restaurant safe for staff and guests.

A successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and be willing to grow within a winning team at Taco Bell.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Make sure the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills to guide others.
