Job summary

Postino WineCafe in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor (Hourly) to support store leaders in supervising shifts, ensuring tasks are completed, and maintaining quality of food and service. The role requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Business or another relevant field preferred.
• 1 year or more full-service restaurant experience.
• Must be able to have open availability and work various hours that include holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts at the store level.
• Schedule pars for shifts.
• Complete daily reporting functions.
• Supervise quality of food and service procedures.
