Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring a Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations. You will supervise a restaurant shift, coach team members across stations, and lead pre/post shift meetings to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction.

You will also manage labor efficiency, support sales initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety and training requirements while handling administrative duties with integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified in any state, county or local food handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Provides support to team members, coaches team member behaviors and is hands on with all stations.
• Conducts pre and post shift meetings.
• Diligently follows food and general safety requirements and models behavior that protects them and others.
• Completes all manager tools and administrative duties on time and with integrity.
• Manages the balance of labor hours and service efficiency during their shift to meet labor guidelines without sacrificing guest service.
• Supports execution of all sales building initiatives.
• Assists the General Manager with interviewing, onboarding, training, development and retention of team members.
• Stays current on all federal, state, local and company required training and certifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
