Job summary

BelAir Cantina Milwaukee is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to lead by example and support FOH and BOH operations in the absence of a manager. You will plan, organize, train, and guide the team to achieve sales, costs, retention, guest service, food quality, and cleanliness goals.

You'll work day and night shifts, a non-exempt role with 30+ hours per week. The position offers a generous benefits program and a flexible schedule, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience in a restaurant preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day FOH and BOH operations in manager's absence.
• Plan, organize, train, and lead teams to meet sales and quality goals.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in training and developing staff; apply corrective actions.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Coordinate inventory and product ordering as needed.
