BelAir Cantina in Milwaukee is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure staff performance, and support strategic goals. The role requires leadership to maintain high standards and a responsive, customer-focused environment.

Flexible scheduling and travel to sister stores may be needed. The candidate should have 3–5 years in management, strong communication, and a valid local license or certification; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a management position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Local Bartender or Manager license preferred.
• State of Wisconsin Food Manager Certificate (ServSafe preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in all restaurant activities to align with goals.
• Ensure team members perform duties and meet expectations.
• Lead weekly in-store Manager Meetings and review performance.
• Travel to other stores as needed for coverage and support.
