Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and run shifts when managers are not on duty.
• Direct employees through daily routines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Open and close the store as needed and manage banking tasks.
• Hire and fire staff under store leadership guidance.
• Create crew schedules and ensure adherence.
• Monitor staff performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train new crew members for food prep and serving duties.
• Provide information on food safety, sanitation, and policies.
• Inspect supplies and equipment for quality and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory control and report shortages.
• Monitor operations to minimize theft and waste.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Approve purchases for equipment as needed.
• Ensure correct portioning before serving to customers.
• Assist with payments and loyalty/gift card transactions.
• Address customer complaints and suggestions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
