Job summary

Ian's Pizza Madison is hiring part-time and full-time servers to start immediately in Madison, WI. You will greet customers, sling slices, mix salads, and take pick-up orders by phone and at the counter. We offer a guaranteed minimum $16/hour with most earning $16-$21/hour.

About The Role

Jump in and keep things moving! As a server, you are the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days. You'll greet customers, sling slices, mix salads, and take pick‑up orders by phone and at the counter. You'll work with a supportive, rockstar team to handle opening and closing checklist items like cleaning and restocking.

No experience required, though previous server or customer service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for raises.

Ian's Pizza is a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant; be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperature, working in the ovens is hot and organizing the cooler is cold!
• Need to be 18+ to work at Frances St.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Scheduling

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

We're open daily from 11am-2:30am! Shifts start as early as 9am and end as late as 4am.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix. Late‑night shifts (10pm-4am) are required once per week.
