Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC. in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew, deliver great pizzas and salads, and model service with radical style.

You will coach front-line staff, uphold brand standards, and partner with the General Manager to drive guest experience. Compensation includes base hourly pay plus tips, benefits, and a company culture committed to growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $18.42 when combining hourly wage of $14.50 and average tips of $3.92 earned at this location!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.
