Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in creating excellent pizzas and salads with a personal, guest-focused touch. You’ll set the example for service, teamwork, and MOD values, guiding staff to deliver memorable guest experiences across busy shifts.

You will oversee pizza production, support veggie and plant-based offerings, and ensure all standards are met. Interested candidates should be 18+ and ready to lead with energy and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $24.19/hour (combining hourly wage of $18.50 and average tips of $5.69/hour earned at this location)

Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant‑based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalist. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
