Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.
• High School degree or equivalent required.

• Has understanding of Profit & Loss statements, costs controls, and restaurant operations.
• Demonstrates stamina, focus, compliance, and service-driven abilities while managing their shift.
• External candidates should have at least 2 years in a restaurant environment; internal candidates should know procedures.
• English communication in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in staffing and daily operational activities.
• Supervise hourly staff to ensure prompt, courteous service and sanitation.
• Assist recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of team members.
• Provide training using company tools for restaurant operations.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment and facilities; report repairs as needed.
• Handle payroll, audits, inventory, deposits, scheduling, and guest/employee issues.
• Attend store and company meetings and stay current with certifications.
• Assist GM with local store marketing planning and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and internal audit guidelines.
