Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises hourly team members on assigned shift for quality, efficiency and guest service.
• Plans and oversees task completion, ensuring safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Provides training to hourly team members using company tools and standards.
• Assists in equipment and facility maintenance; informs General Manager of repairs needed.
• Completes administrative tasks: audits, deposits, cash handling, incident reporting and guest issue resolution.
• Attends store and company meetings and maintains required certifications.
