Job summary

Culver's in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations during shifts, supervise team members, and ensure guests receive outstanding service. You will create schedules, review inventory, place food orders, and report to the general manager.

The ideal candidate has previous restaurant leadership experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience as restaurant shift leader or manager preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, assign duties, and create a schedule.
• Place accurate food orders.
• Perform inventory counts and review for accuracy.
• Hire new team members.
• Monitor performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Report issues to management during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards.
• Coach team members and provide ongoing training and development.
• Open and close the restaurant, perform line checks and cash deposits.
• Handle guest complaints and team member disputes.
