Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; college coursework a plus.
• Experience managing quick service or fast food operations.
• Familiar with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated team.
• Oversee inventory control and food safety to ensure health regulations compliance.
• Utilize POS systems (Aloha, Micros) for order processing and cash handling.
• Lead shift management and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify efficiency opportunities.
