Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality experiences.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development.
• Oversee inventory control and food safety procedures to meet health standards.
• Use POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Lead shift management and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
• Analyze profit and loss to identify efficiency and profitability improvements.
