Your Day in the Life

• Lead the restaurant during your shift and delight our guests
• Delegate responsibilities to your team and ensure they exceed guest expectations
• Ensure all noodles and veggies are stocked and stored properly
• Become a subject matter expert on each restaurant area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
• Own open, mid, or close routines for the next shift
• Ensure food meets company and HACCP standards and is delicious
• Develop team members into future leaders
• Recognize excellent work

• Exemplify guest service for the team

What You Bring to the Team

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent guest service skills and effective communication
• Love Noodles
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous management or leadership experience required
• Punctuality
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in restaurants
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
