Job summary

Shake Shack in Illinois is seeking an energetic restaurant leader to supervise a shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed of service. You will build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members and may support purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience and hold a Food Safety Certification, with strong problem solving and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
