Shake Shack is hiring in Denver, CO for a team leadership role. You will supervise a fast-paced dining team, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed while guiding hourly team members through daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to staff development within a rewarding hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a restaurant setting.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
