Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a restaurant leadership role to oversee shift service flow, supervise a team of hourly Team Members, and support operations such as purchasing and inventory. You will help maintain safety, cleanliness, quality and speed on the floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership experience, a Food Safety certification, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
