Job summary

Shake Shack in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach and develop team members, supervise operations, and execute brand-promoting activities within the local community.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
